Damien Cheong Wei Liang

With an extensive 22-year journey immersed in the world of basketball, Damien has not only honed his skills on the court but has also devoted a decade to coaching young talents, ranging from 4 to 18 years old.

As a coach, Damien finds immense fulfillment in sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience with the game. His greatest satisfaction in life comes from witnessing his students grow not only as better players but, more importantly, as better individuals. To him, coaching is not just a job; it’s the most fulfilling calling in the world.

Throughout his illustrious playing career, Damien has achieved a remarkable list of accolades that speaks volumes about his dedication to the sport:

  • Attended a 3-day intensive coaching clinic with in-depth discussions, lectures, and practical sessions.
  • Featured renowned NBA Coach from the Los Angeles Lakers, Phil Handy.
  • Included sessions with international skills development coaches, Bob & Nolan Willett.
  • Guest appearance and individual training sessions by Lakers NBA star, Jarred Vanderbilt.
